Membership Dues

Welcome to our online membership dues page. To complete your payment, please follow Steps 1 (payment) and 2 (information form) below. Both steps must be completed in order for your membership to be processed.

Please note: Our year starts on January first. Members wishing to renew their membership after this date will be subject to a $5 late fee. The "First-Time" and "Friends of SWODA" Memberships will not be affected by this.

Step 1: Make Your Payment
We have 4 membership options available to our members. Please choose the one that suits your profile. Select your option in the dropdown and press the "Buy Now." These transactions are through PayPal, one of the largest and most secure payment systems on the internet.

First-Time Member: -$25-
For brand new SWODA members. The reduced price is in place since members may be joining at different times during the year.
Single Renewal: -$45-
For regular members wishing to renew for the new year.
Family Renewal: -$70.00-
For families (living in the same household) who wish to renew for the new year.
Friend of SWODA: -$10-
For SWODA members who want to receive email updates and our newsletter, but do are not able to attend dives/events.

Step 2: Submit Your Information
Once you've made your payment through PayPal above, just fill out the required information (as best as possible) below and press submit. This will automatically update our member database using a secure data transfer system. Don't worry, your information is kept private and others are not able to view it. As soon as you press the "Submit" button, two automatic email messages will be sent out: one letting our executive know that you have become a member, and another sent to the email you submitted letting you know we've received your information. Once we have verified your payment, you will be added to our email list and start getting club updates right away!
